Membership Information for Season 2025/26

The Stewart’s Melville RFC committee would like to thank you for taking the time to explore our membership options.
We’re pleased to confirm that membership prices remain unchanged from last season, and are as follows:
Non-Playing Membership - £180 / Concession* £100
Monthly payment options of £15 or £8.50 are available.
The standard membership package includes the following:
1 – Free access to home league matches
2 – Opportunity to apply for international tickets (tickets not guaranteed)
3 – Regular emails providing match reports and club news
4 – Invitations to social events
* 65 years and over
16th Man / Country Membership - £100
Monthly payment option of £8.50 available
This membership option was created for supporters living outside the EH postcode area who may not be able to attend matches regularly but still wish to support the club.
It offers all the same benefits as standard membership, with the exception of free entry to home games.
Lunch Club - with membership - £280
Enhance your match day experience by joining the Lunch Club!
Enjoy a delicious pre-match lunch before every league fixture. Lunch Club membership also includes a concession membership as part of the package.
Playing Memberships - £120 (Adult) / £60 Students/Unemployed
10 Monthly payment options of £12 or £6 are available
Player Sponsorship Package - £200* | Coach Sponsorship - £200*
We are determined to have a sponsor lined up for each player and coach in time for the new season. This package offers the following:
1 - Sponsor gets their name next to player/coach in the program
2 - Sponsor is invited to networking and events
3 - Sponsor is mentioned through social media
Please note player sponsorship does not include personal membership to the club
*includes VAT

Please note, as per SRU recommendation, membership does not give free entry to cup matches.
