Strength & Conditioning Schedule for June

This is based on 3 sessions per week with quite a few technical lifts.
The intensity levels vary week by week – for example, Medium Heavy should equate to 80-85% of their max load, Heavy 90-95% and Very Heavy 105-110%, so they will be purposely failing at VH.
