After winning our last seven 'warm up' league fixtures,
we now come on to the first of the two games that will define
our season: 'Sonians at Myreside.
There are a few changes to the team for Saturday, largely
due to the return of our U19 players and the cheek injury
Craig Joiner picked up against Aberdeen Grammar. Dave McCall,
fresh from scoring against England last Friday, replaces Pete
McLean on the wing, while Alex Cox will start at Outside Centre
to replace Jackie.
I don't need to spell out the importance of this fixture,
and the lift that the players take from having a vociferous
travelling support to cheer them on. Let's muster at Myreside
on Saturday to roar the boys home.
