New Club Website Launched

New Club Website Launched

After ten glorious years, the time has come – Stewart’s Melville FP RFC have revamped their website!

The old design served us well, but we’ve decided to move with the times and adopt a design that’s more suited to the specifications of modern PCs – and to the financial climate in which rugby clubs now have to operate.

That’s why the logos of our valued sponsors feature so conspicuously on the layout of the new website – we would ask that you grace these sponsors with your business and tell them that Stew Mel sent you!

Talking of sponsors, we must thank Neil McLeod and his team at Bell Johnstone for masterminding and funding the revamp of the website – and, in particular, to Noah Breen for his technical input.

We’ve very much pushed the launch of the website through to coincide with the start of the new season. This means that there are still a few tweaks remaining to be made to the site, but we are confident that Bill and  the rest of the web team will sort those out over the next few weeks.

Don’t be afraid to use the new Comments feature to point out anything that appears to have been overlooked!

The relaunch of the website is just one of the many exciting developments we have planned for the Club this season.

We’ve also recruited wisely over the close season, and have high hopes for the league when it begins on 27th August – please make your way to Inverleith that day to see how the boys fare against Falkirk!
